This project focuses on the implementation of augmented reality (AR) for ground staff at Singapore Changi Airport as it continues to grow and set new records for passenger traffic. The purpose was to boost the productivity and reduce the turnaround time. I served as the subject matter expert in this project.

Through the use of AR technology, ground staff will be able to scan visual markers on baggage and cargo containers, revealing details such as weight, unit number, loading sequence, and the allocated position within the aircraft. This hands-free process not only enhances safety but also improves the accuracy and efficiency of baggage and cargo loading.
